Here are a few home workouts that you can do at home or while on vacation with or without equipment. If you have a medball, pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell, jump rope and abmat, you are good to go. If not, you can use many items around your house to add weight, such as a bag of dog food, cat food, sack of flour, water jugs, or nothing at all!
Home Workout #1:
“10 For 10”
10 min AMRAP (as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes):
10 Burpees
10 Squats
10 Sit ups
Home Workout #2:
“Your Typical CrossFit WOD”
21-15-9: (Complete 21 of all movements, 15 of all movements, etc)
Burpees
Push ups
V-ups
Home Workout #3:
“Stations”
50 Burpees
AND THEN:
3 rnds:
2 min: Goblet squats with kettlebell (or grab a bag of dog food or other weighted object)
2 min: Plank updowns
2 min: Mountain climbers
Home Workout #4
“Countdown”
5 min AMRAP (as many rounds and reps as possile): Burpee broad jumps
4 min AMRAP: Walking lunges
3 min AMRAP: Sit-ups
2 min AMRAP: Grasshoppers
1 min AMRAP: Push-ups
Home Workout #5
“Descending”
50-40-30-20-10:
Burpees
Hand release push-ups
Leg sit-ups
