PROGRAMS
Group Fitness
Functional fitness at its finest! We offer CrossFit and FIT. All classes are 45 minutes to one hour in length. You will never do the same workout twice. All workouts are constantly varied to maximize your fitness goals and train you for life. Our CrossFit classes follow the same programming, while our FIT class is geared towards the older population. All levels and abilities are welcome, as all workouts can be modified and adapted to anyone!
Yoga
We offer 3 different Yoga classes: Slow Flow, Vinyasa Flow and Power Flow. All classes are an hour in length. Slow Flow is a slower pace class that includes lots of stretching and lengthening of the muscles while keeping your mind on the mat. Vinyasa Flow is a faster flow that includes stretching, strengthening and core work. Last, but not least, Power Flow is our fastest flow class that also includes stretching, strengthening and arm balances. All classes focus on how to quiet the mind to be present on the mat.
Nutrition
We offer one-on-one (1 hour) coaching sessions to learn how to fuel your body for success to meet your individual health and fitness goals, as well as our 6 Week Nutrition Coaching Program. Learn all about macros, how to meal prep, meal plan, read labels, as well as proper portion sizes for your needs to establish healthy habits to last a lifetime. Whether it is a one-on-one session or the 6 week program, all sessions include goal setting and accountability to help you be successful and reach your goals!
ABOUT US
One Body is a health and fitness center offering CrossFit, FIT, Yoga, Pilates, AquaFIT (late Spring and Summer) and Tumbling classes, as well as Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching and workshops. Whether it’s eating better, getting stronger, toning up, losing weight or training for a specific event, we have you covered!
